Tonight the 2019 United States Women’s National team will be tuning up for the World Cup this June in France as they take on Brazil at Raymond James Stadium in the 2019 SheBelieves Cup in a great early test.

At the moment the United States are just beginning to find themselves as the road to Tampa has been a bumpy one with back to back draws 2-2 first against Japan then against a very scrappy England side.

To capture the Cup the United States need to get a win over Brazil that will air nationwide at 8 p.m. on FS1. Last night I had a chance to speak to an old friend who gave me some insight not only on this game on what we might expect when the USWNT gets to France in June.

That friend is Fox lead play-by-play man for the Women’s World Cup J.P. Dellacamera he will be joined in the booth tonight by Aly Wagner. They are the number one broadcast team for Fox as the network

I have had the pleasure of doing soccer with Dellacamera many times over the years and I can say without a second of hesitation he knows the game far better than most. In his impressive career that includes doing the play-by-play on 14 World Cup’s including nine men’s, five women’s.

Dellacamera on the favorites going into this year’s World Cup in France. “Well I have the USA at the top spot, with France at number two and then it is England with my dark horse team being the Netherlands. That said really there as many as five or six could easily challenge the Big Three.”
