Huge weekend of sports on TV

Well no matter what your favorite sport is there is a good chance that is on TV this weekend. If you are an motor racing fan we have all three NASCAR series on hand at the Monster Mile in Dover. Speed has the truck series at 5 p.m. today, the Nationwide series is 2:30 p.m. on ESPN Saturday and the Sprint Cup Fed Ex 400 takes place on Fox Sunday at 12:30p.m.

Meanwhile, we have the IndyCar series doing their first ever double – header in Detroit on Saturday and Sunday. Both days the race is on ABC at 3:30 p.m.

Baseball, the Rays are in Cleveland for a big three game series with the Tribe and all three ganes are set for Sun Sports. Tonight 7:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday’s games both hit the air at 1:30 p.m. The Red Sox are in New York to face the Yankees and they get the primetime tearment. Saturday the game will be at 7 p.m. on Fox then they move over to ESPN for Sunday Night Baseball at 8 p.m. (All three games air here on NBC 1040AM your radio home of Yankees baseball.)

Tennis has the French Open Saturday and Sunday mornings at 7 a.m. on Tennis Channel with NBC taking over the coverage from Paris Saturday at noon and Sunday at 1 p.m.

Golf is The Memorial and that 2:30 p.m. today on the Golf Channel and Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m. on CBS.

NHL and NBA playoff action starts Saturday with the Black Hawks and the Kings, 5 p.m. on NBC Sports Network and the Pens host the Bruins, 8 p.m. on NBC.

The Heat are on the road for game 6 of their NBA Eastern Conference Finals on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. on TNT.
