Jacksonville has their sights sets on the first away win in Indianapolis Saturday. Sitting in 8th place for the combined standings, Jax hasn’t had the greatest expansion year. 6-5-9 on the season, they’re looking to make the turnaround against a struggling Indianapolis team that sits in a similar situation.
Led by striker Alhassane Keita, if he can up the tempo of the offense for the Armada, they have a good chance at taking on the Eleven’s less-than-full strength back line. The agility and offensive ability from Jacksonville is apparent but recent showings have left them playing below their abilities.
The return of Marcos Flores last week could be a sign of things going back up for the Armada. Returning from injury, Flores has the skill to lead Jax back up the standings to potentially make a playoff push.

The Armada are set for a 3-game road trip beginning this weekend in Indy and then heading to New York next weekend taking on the Cosmos, then to Fort Lauderdale and back home where they will take on the Rowdies September 26th. Tickets are still available here.
