Insider: Jimbo Fisher, Brian Kelly Speak to Media

The  Florida State Seminoles and  the Notre Dame Fighting Irish have arrived  in Orlando. The Noles and the Fighting Irish  practice for nearly two hours each on monday in preparation for the Champs Sports Bowl. Florida State practice inside the Citrus Bowl while the Irish practice just outside of the Citrus Bowl at  McCracken Field.

 News and Notes

– Brian Kelly confirmed that he will play  two quarterbacks, sophomores Tommy Rees (who started for the majority of the year) and Andrew Hendrix (who came on in relief of an ineffective and injured Rees in the second half of the Irish’s 28-14 loss at Stanford). 

– The Irish got to go to Universal Studios on Monday evening while Florida State went to Best Buy for shopping  experience.

– Nebraska arrived in Orlando  Monday night to begin preparations for the Capital One Bowl. South Carolina is scheduled to arrived tuesday afternoon.
