The UCF Knights jumped out to a 23-0 halftime lead, and then held off a second-half rally from FIU  to beat the Panthers 33-20 in the Knights home opener. UCF improves to 2-1 on the season and has a bye week before hosting Missouri on September 29. Here are postgame video below from Knights players following the win.
