Will The Miami Marlins Get Blown Away In Chicago?

The Miami Marlins are playing some pretty good baseball one might say. In fact, Edinson Volquez pitched the first no-hitter in MLB in more than a year on Saturday giving the Marlins their sixth no-hitter in history.

Marlins Radio Network’s Kyle Sielaff joined the Erik Kuselias Show Monday morning to talk about that no-hitter as well as the trade deadline and the Marlins upcoming series in Chicago.

“The Chicago Cubs, the reigning world champions, are hovering right around 500,” said Sielaff. “So anyone thinking the Marlins are going to go in there and have the toughest time in the world with the Cubs is probably mistaken.”

Among taking on the Cubs, the Marlins are also still waiting to see who will buy the franchise and what changes will come from trades.
