The zika virus may be the biggest “name” that will compete in the 2016 Rion Summer/Winter Olympics. It is winter in Brazil in August. Scientists are concerned about the spread of the disease when athletes and all the people who will be in Brazil for the Games return home. The International Olympic Committee seems unconcerned.
