Here’s our Christmas edition of our weekly NFL picks. As always, we pick each and every game against the spread.
Raiders +3 @ Chiefs
There’s eminent danger in picking a bad team coming off an emotional victory at home against a desperate team. Give me the desperate Raiders this Sunday. Raiders 24, Chiefs 14.
Broncos -3 @ Bills
The Bills are being dismissed in this game like a team that hasn’t won in over a month…..they’re a team that hasn’t won in over a month. Buffalo will be a game opponent as the Broncos aren’t that much better. Broncos 17, Bills 16.
Jaguars +7.5 @ Titans
The Jacksonville Jaguars aren’t a good football team at all, but the Titans aren’t that much better. Titans 23, Jaguars 20.
Cardinals +5 @ Bengals
Nobody wants to travel across the country on a holiday for work. The Cardinals won’t give their best effort on a short week traveling out of their climate. Bengals 24, Cardinals 13.
Dolphins +10 @ Patriots
The Pats are rolling right now but 10 points seem like too much. Pats 30, Dolphins 24.
Browns +13 @ Ravens
Baltimore has responded well after losses this season and they need to win out to secure a first round bye. This one won’t be close. Ravens 27, Browns 10.
Giants +3 @ Jets
This could be the best game of the season as we have two very evenly matched teams desperate for victory. I’ll take Eli over Sanchez. Giants 27, Jets 23.
Vikings +7 @ Redskins
Christian Ponder is literally playing for his job as there’s a chance that if the Vikings lose their final two games they could draft Andrew Luck. Ponder will keep this one close, and pull it out at the end. Vikings 23, Redskins 21.
Buccaneers +8 @ Panthers
It’s difficult to pick Tampa Bay to be competitive in any game this season. With a win, the Panthers will clinch third place in the NFC South. Panthers 31, Bucs 13.
Rams +13 @ Steelers
Charlie Batch may not score more than 13 points if he takes every snap on Saturday. Steelers 13, Rams 7.
Chargers +3 @ Lions
Nobody is playing better football than the Chargers and they will beat a slightly overrated Lions team. Chargers 31, Lions 27.
49ers -1.5 @ Seahawks
This has all the makings of a trap game, but the Seahawks will have trouble running the football against a stout 49ers defense. 49ers 20, Seahawks 17.
Eagles +3 @ Cowboys
The Cowboys secondary isn’t good enough to keep up with Philly’s speedy wideouts. Eagles 31, Cowboys 24.
Bears +12 @ Packers
Do you remember the result the last time a McCown started a football game this year? 4 interceptions en route to a 31-3 Jaguars loss to the Jets. He was the better McCown. Packers 28, Bears 10.
Falcons +7 @ Saints
Atlanta is a very good team but nobody beats the Saints in the Superdome. Saints 38, Falcons 28.
