In NFL Draft season, it's not often you hear a punter's name come up, but Johnny Townsend isn't the kind of punter who comes around very often.

There has been some big news around the USF Bulls.  Rumors are going around about quarterback Blake Barnett, formerly of Alabama and Arizona State, transferring to USF.  With all this smoke, Rock Riley checks with Joey Knight of the Tampa Bay Times to see if there's any fire.
