
The French National Directorate of Management Control (DNCG) has cleared the financial budget of newly-promoted Ligue 1 club Paris FC for the 2025-26 season.
The French capital club have started preparations for their return to the French top-flight after a 46-year absence.
Owned by the renowned Arnault family – owners of luxury empire LVMH, Paris FC have been active in this summer transfer window with two new signings within two days this week.
They announced the signing of 19-year-old Nhoa Sangui from Reims for €5 million and Nigeria international Moses Simon from FC Nantes for €7 million.
The successful review of Paris FC’s budget by the DNCG comes as a relief and boost for the club authorities after Olympique Lyon were tentatively relegated to the Ligue 2 for financial irregularities.
Stephane Gilli’s side are still expected to reinforce their ranks before they launch their Ligue 1 campaign with a trip to Angers on August 17.
