The Rays were the the toast of MLB baseball until July where their lack of starting pitching began to fail them. So, despite doing without Drew Rasmussen and Jeffrey Springs for the year, but they won’t be able to make it to October with adding some arms via trade and they need to do it by 4 p.m. today.
