Every week this college football season, as we at Sports Talk Florida have done our voting in our Florida Rankings, debates and divisions have emerged.  The value of simply being in a “power 5” conference was a matter of dispute, as was the value of a so-called “quality loss.”  Teams went up and down as the season went on.
